(A) Sequence of removal:

1. Remove the back cover.

2. Unscrew the impeller nut, remove the washer, remove the impeller, and remove the shaft sleeve.

3. Remove the bearing body.

4. Turn off the coupling.

5. Remove the bearing covers at both ends of the bearing body, and take out the pump shaft and bearing.

Precautions for installation and use

1. The user prepares the foundation according to the foundation map, and the depth of the foundation is determined by the user according to the geological conditions.

2. The position and elevation of the pump shall be determined according to the drawings, among which the levelness and verticality are allowed to differ by 0.5/1000 mm.

3. The inlet and outlet pipes of the pump should be supported firmly to avoid the pump directly bearing the weight of the pipeline or other accessories.

4. In order to improve the service life of the seal and good sealing effect, when the pump is running, water must be added to the seal for cooling and lubrication.

5. Bearing should be lubricated with grease oil. Bearing seat with oil nozzle, can be oil gun oil.

6. After the overall assembly, the distance between the two couplings is 2-3 mm, and the concentricity shall not exceed 0.2 mm.

7. The inlet of the pump shell is provided with a hand hole to remove the material blocking the pump shell or impeller.

The slurry pump stops running in time after closing the outlet valve to avoid vibration and damage to the parts. If the slurry pump needs to stop working for a long period of time, water should be injected after closing the inlet valve. After the slurry in the pump body and pipeline is washed away, the operation can be stopped to avoid the slurry blocking the pump body and pipeline.
