PJ type sizing pump
PJ sizing pump, also known as low pulse pump, is a kind of updating product designed by itself based on the actual situation of paper industry, aiming at the problems of unstable pulp and inconvenient disassembly of mixed flow pump with large flow and low head widely used in paper industry. It has the following characteristics:
1. High efficiency: efficiency 75~85%, reduce the supporting power of the motor, energy saving effect is significant.
2. Pulp stability: because the impeller adopts split staggered blades, through precision casting, so that the pressure pulse is reduced, so that the quality of paper can be uniform.
3. Long life: because the impeller of the pump is composed of two single suction impeller back to back, it will not produce axial force when working. In addition, the bearings are located on both sides of the shaft, lubricated with grease, and the labyrinth seal without contact and wear is adopted, so that the bearings are effectively protected.
4. Easy maintenance: because the pump body and the pump cover combined surface and the horizontal plane of the shaft line coincide, the maintenance of the pump, without disassembling the inlet, outlet pipeline and mobile motor or other prime mover.
